It can ping the server but it can't browse the shares and allthough there's a host entry in the hosts file it doesnt find the path if i try to connect a networkdrive to a share. This problem seems to be an older one. Is there a solution? Thanks for help. Lupo WIN95a uses clear text passwords. What is your smb.conf
